 Monthly Family Support Group

For family members who have a loved one with mental health issues. Find resources, support and HOPE. Third Tuesday every month. 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm. Walk-ins welcome. No registration necessary. 

Locations in Poughkeepsie, Kingston, and Wappingers Falls.

Virtual Connection Support Group

This connection support group offers respect, understanding, encouragement and hope for adults living with a mental health condition. Free to attend, registration required. Group meets every second Friday of the Month 6:30-8:00 pm. 

Crisis Helplines provide support and resources for adults and children experiencing a mental health crisis.  Mobile Intervention team can go to your house and provide therapeutic support during a crisis.
