This hotline is available 24/7 for anyone with suicidal thoughts or who are in crisis.

 Crisis Text Line fields messages about suicidal thoughts, abuse, sexual assault, depression, anxiety, bullying and more.

 YouthLine provides a safe space for children and adults ages 11 to 21, to talk through any issues they may be facing. 


 The Trevor Project -- Text START to 678678 

or call 1-866-488-7386 

 LGBTQ+ kids and teens can reach out to The Trevor Project for support during a crisis, if they are feeling suicidal or need a safe space to talk about any issue 



NAMI Mid-Hudson: Free groups & classes

 NAMI Mid-Hudson is currently holding Support Groups and Classes virtually. To register call 845-206-9892 or email contact@namimidhudson.org 


 Monthly Family Support Group

For family members who have a loved one with mental health issues. Find resources, support and HOPE. Third Tuesday every month. 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm. Walk-ins welcome. No registration necessary. 

Locations in Poughkeepsie, Kingston, and Wappingers Falls.


Virtual Connection Support Group

This connection support group offers respect, understanding, encouragement and hope for adults living with a mental health condition. Free to attend, registration required. Group meets every second Friday of the Month 6:30-8:00 pm.
